This delicious salad was served at a dinner I went to last night. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • Avacado – sliced
  • Bacon – roughly chopped
  • Cabbage – thinly sliced

Dressing:

  • Whole grain mustard
  • Lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD

Fry bacon until extra crispy. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and mustard to make the dressing. Mix cabbage and bacon in a salad bowl. Pour on dressing. Add avocado on top and drizzle with olive oil.
