A yum recipe someone told me about today. Can’t wait to try it!

INGREDIENTS

  • salmon steak
  • couscous
  • parsley, chopped
  • pine nuts
  • roast vegetables, chopped
  • white wine
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius. Roast vegetables. Simmer white wine. Pour warm wine in with cous cous and cover for 5 min. Stir in parsley and pinenuts. Spread over the salmon and bake in oven for ten minutes. Serve with roast vegetables.
