The best burgers you’ll ever taste! Guaranteed!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g good quality mince meat
  • 1 brown onion, diced very fine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4/5 heaped teaspoons minced chilli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • half a bunch of corriander, leaves only, finely diced
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

Mix it all together. Make 6 flat patties. Flame grill on the BBQ and when nearly done melt cheese on top. Toast buns. Serve with BBQ’d mushrooms, onions, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, coleslaw and bacon.
