Four seasons pizza is one of my favourites to order out. Here’s how to make your own.


  • pizza base, naan or pita bread
  • tomato paste
  • pesto (optional)
  • artichoke hearts, sliced into large pieces
  • a handful of mushrooms, sliced
  • ham, diced
  • black olives
  • mozzarella cheese
  • oregano or other dried herbs
  • chilli flakes


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place pizza base on a pizza tray and spread with tomato paste, pesto, herbs and chilli flakes.   Sprinkle the entire pizza with the cheese. On each quarter place one type of the following ingredients: mushrooms, olives, ham and artichoke. Season with pepper and dried herbs. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until done.
