A delicious soup Judie made me for dinner tonight!

INGREDIENTS

  • leek, chopped
  • potato, chopped
  • celery, chopped
  • vegetable stock
  • water
  • mixed herbs
  • grated cheese
  • warm bread to serve

METHOD

Add chopped vegetables to saucepan. Add water, stock and mixed herbs. Cook for 1 hour. Mash or blend. Serve with grated cheese on top and warm bread on the side.
