My food cravings have gone 🙂 Although I’m feeling quite sluggish and finding it difficult to eat enough to keep my energy up as I’m not a big fan of meat.

Day 16

Breakfast
2 egg microwave omelette with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
Black coffee

Lunch
Prawns, avocado & pear salad with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Chargrilled Welsh lamb cutlets
A simple green salad with lettuce, tomato and red onion with more lemon juice.

Dinner
Leftover sweet potato rosti cakes with a lemon and garlic steamed broccoli salad.

Dessert
Peppermint tea

Day 17

Breakfast
2 egg omelette with mushrooms, chillis, cherry tomatoes and peppers served with avocado and tomato slices.
Banana & blueberry smoothie with unsweetened almond milk.

Lunch
Byron burger (skinny option) bun-free with a side salad (ask for no dressing) with avocado & fresh lemon.

Snacks
5 dried apricots

Dinner
Simple green salad with radishes, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, red onion and freshly squeezed lemon juice on top with BBQ’d aubergine, mushrooms and cauliflower (basically the filling from a dosa without the pancake). Yum!!

Day 18

Breakfast
2 hard boiled eggs with salt and sliced avocado on the side.

Lunch
Banana and blueberry smoothie with unsweetened almond milk.

Dinner
Fish and veg Thai red curry with sweet potato, carrots, brown onion, leek, garlic (using my brand new zyliss garlic press :), mushrooms and peppers.

Snacks
celery sticks with spicy beetroot dip

Dessert
Detox tea

Day 19

Breakfast
Banana and blueberry smoothie

Lunch
vegetable soup and colourful salad with leeks, spring onions, peppers, grated carrot and baby spinach leaves served with fresh lemon and olive oil with salt, pepper and herbs.

Snacks
Dried apricots
Cashews

Dinner
Ham

Day 20

Breakfast
Microwaved egg omelette with cherry tomatoes, peppers, leeks, spring onion, freshly cracked pepper and herbs.

Lunch
Vegetable soup and a celery stick with spicy beetroot dip.
 
Snacks
1 orange
Too many pistachio nuts – woops! 🙂
 
Dinner
Left over Thai red fish and vegetable curry.
 
Dessert
A bit of the banana and blueberry smoothie made with coconut milk, made with creamed coconut and water blended together.
