An easy meal that is great served with a salad.
- 2 salmon steaks
- Four tablespoons of creme fraiche
- 3 teaspoons capers
- 1 lemon, sliced and juiced, rind grated (optional)
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Place the lemon slices on a greased baking tray. Lie the salmon on top of the lemon and bake for 20 minutes or until just done. Meanwhile, boil the tagliatelle. Drain the pasta and add the creme fraiche. Flake the baked salmon into the pasta. Add lemon juice and capers. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon rind and Parmesan.
