A good way to use up left over celery leaves…. and they can also be thrown into a side salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • celery leaves
  • pasta of choice
  • olive oil
  • tomatoes
  • basil
  • garlic
METHOD
While the pasta is cooking, wilt the celery leaves in a little olive oil. Add the garlic until browned. Add the tomatoes and stir. Just before serving stir in the basil.
