A quick and easy meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g pasta
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 2 eschallots
  • garlic
  • 1 tin lemon-pepper tuna (or plain)
  • salt
  • pepper

METHOD

Fry up garlic and eschallots. Add tinned tomatoes and tuna. Season with salt and pepper and serve with pasta.
