This tasty side dish goes well with mash and fish.

INGREDIENTS

  • baby spinach leaves (these will wilt to next to nothing so buy more than you think you’ll need)
  • butter
  • garlic
  • black pepper
  • salt

METHOD

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with mash.
