I made delicious pizzas using cauliflower pizza dough. Strange I know. A good option if you’re avoiding wheat or on a Paleo detox.


  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, finely grated 
  • freshly cracked pepper
  • dried herbs

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Grate or food process the cauliflower into rice sized pieces. Mix in the eggs, coconut flour, cheeses and seasoning. Roll into a ball and squeeze out any excess water. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press out flat into the shape of a small pizza base. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until firm and browned on top. When done remove from oven and add tomato base and toppings, then bake again until done.
