A tasty vegetarian soup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 potato, quatered
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 piece of garlic, crushed
  • 1 stick of celery, sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche

METHOD

Chop vegetables, boil for 40 minutes. Add creme fraiche and serve.

V – leave out the creme fraiche for a vegan option.
P – leave out the creme fraiche for a Paleo option.
